How long is my recording session?
Your recording session is for 1 hour.  We suggest you come well-rehearsed to ensure that your valuable studio time isn't wasted on practise and re-takes. Please arrive 10 minutes before your session time. 

what song can i choose?
When you book your experience, your studio producer will call you to discuss your preferred song and what to expect during your studio experience.

when do i pay for my experience?
When you book your experience, you will receive your welcome email. This will also include our payment options. You will need to pay in advance for your experience.

what if i want to cancel my booking?
It's ok if you want to cancel your booking. Please just email us but, you do need to give us 48 hours notice to receive a full refund.

Do you offer experiences for children?
We offer singing experiences for all age groups above the age of 10 years of age. Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult.

Do you offer MUSICIANS experiences?
We offer a range of musician experiences for all instruments including acoustic drums. You would need to bring your own instrument apart from an acoustic drum kit as the X Studio has a fully mic'd up drum kit with quality cymbals. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Can I bring someone to watch me singing?
You can bring 1 person with you to watch you during your experience.

are you insured?
Our studio holds Public Liability Insurance. Also you will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

are your studio producers dbs checked?
Yes all our studio producers are DBS checked.
